Just one of many ways to animate asset allocation. The inner circle's segments show Foundational Asset Classes (e.g. equities) while the outer circle's segments show individual asset classes (e.g. large cap equity). However, showing the outer and the inner is redundant and we've since moved away from displaying asset allocation in this way.
